The details behind the price

Know exactly what you are agreeing to.

The published price is a starting point for the listed plan. Your written scope settles the content mix and these terms before you commit.

What is a piece?

Your calendar lists each agreed item: a poster, carousel, story or reel. The quote makes clear how frames, edits and platform adaptations count towards your allowance.

Video and captions

Captions and platform formats are specified in the calendar. The number, length and production complexity of videos are agreed before you accept the plan.

Reviews and revisions

Your proposal identifies the included review rounds, who approves the work and how additional changes are priced.

Payment and commitment

Your quote states the payment dates, any setup charge, applicable taxes, minimum term and cancellation notice before you commit.

Account management

We agree the accounts, reply hours and escalation contact. Clinical, prescription and other specialist questions go to your designated qualified team.

Separate costs

Paid advertising, travel, on-location production and substantial third-party costs are quoted separately. The scope lists any recurring charges.

From enquiry to delivery
