Karthasis (“we”, “us”) provides marketing, software, and AI services to healthcare organisations in Zimbabwe and South Africa. This page explains what information we collect through karthasis.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:

• Contact form (/contact) — your name, organisation, email and/or phone number, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
• Free asset request (homepage) — your name, organisation, email and/or phone number, what you’d like made (a poster or video), a description, and optionally a logo you upload.

We don’t use tracking cookies or profiling scripts to identify you as an individual. Page-view and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) are aggregate and don’t rely on cookies to track you personally.

How we use it

• Both forms are stored and land in our team’s inbox so we can reply — usually within one business day.
• A logo you upload for a free asset request is used only to prepare that sample.
• We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it’s stored

Submitted data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and, for contact enquiries, also sent as an email to our inbox. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both are reputable infrastructure providers we rely on to keep your data secure — we don’t run our own servers for this.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email karthasistech@gmail.com and we’ll action it promptly.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
